Refund policy

Christmas Items may be exchanged for a store credit ONLY under the following conditions.

1-Call or email our office to arrange a return.

2-Christmas items must NEVER have been used, shaped or damaged in any way.

3-Returned in the original packaging with all instructions and original receipt.

4-Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

5-A restocking fee of 8% will be charged for all exchanges.

6-The exchange must be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of the initial purchase. We strongly recommend insuring all returns and exchanged orders. We are NOT responsible for items that have been damaged or lost in transit.

7-Once we receive the item and it has been inspected a store credit or exchange will be issued.

 

All other items (Excluding Christmas) can be returned for a store credit or refund.

3-Any items returned other than defects must be unused and returned within 10 business days of the original purchase.

4-The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.

6-We will not give credit or refund for used merchandise.

7-Once we receive the item and it has been inspected a store credit or refund will be issued.

 

Defective Merchandise

We will happily exchange any item found to be defective or incorrect. For these items, we will incur the return shipping charges.

2- Once we receive the item and it has been inspected a refund or exchange will be issued.

Important Information:

Please note that we are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking information to your package through a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please allow 3 business days for us to receive and process your order. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within 2 billing cycles.
